Pickup
We are not currently able to offer order pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your delivery address.
Handling and Processing Times
Please allow one to three extra days after placing your order for us to prepare and package it. We always aim to dispatch your parcel as quickly as possible while ensuring it is packed safely and securely.
Shipping Status
As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email update. If tracking is included with your chosen shipping method, the tracking information will be provided.
PO Boxes
We do not ship to private PO Boxes. If you need an exception or are unsure, please contact us before completing your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your parcel. Larger or heavier parcels may incur higher shipping costs. If you have any questions about shipping pricing, feel free to reach out.
Signature Required
For high value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery at no extra charge. This provides added security and peace of mind.
Please note that neither Popculture Tengoku nor our shipping partners can refund or replace items that are lost, damaged or stolen after a successful delivery scan at your address.
Domestic Shipping Methods
Economy Shipping
Economy shipping includes tracking and usually arrives within three to five days. This is a reliable and cost effective delivery option.
Courier
Courier shipping includes tracking and offers the option for signature on high value orders. Delivery generally takes one to three business days and is the recommended choice for urgent or valuable items.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes both in stock items and pre order items, they will be shipped separately. At this time we do not have the space to hold combined orders, though we aim to offer this in the future.
