Handling and Processing Times

Please allow one to three extra days after placing your order for us to prepare and package it. We work hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while ensuring they are packed with care.

Shipping Status

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you selected a tracked service, your tracking information will also be included.

PO Boxes and Freight Forwarding Services

We do not ship to private PO Boxes or freight forwarding services. Orders placed to these addresses will be cancelled and refunded. If you need clarification, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the parcel. Larger and heavier items will have higher shipping fees. If you would like a personalised shipping estimate, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Signature Required

High value orders may require a signature upon delivery at no additional cost. This is for your protection and peace of mind.

Please note that neither Popculture Tengoku nor our shipping partners can refund or replace items that are lost, damaged or stolen after a successful delivery scan at your address.


International Shipping Methods

Economy (No Tracking)
This is the most affordable option but also the slowest. It has size and weight limits of approximately 27 centimetres per side and a maximum weight of two kilograms. Limits vary by country. Orders over 100 dollars cannot use this method. Economy untracked shipping is used at your own risk as it comes with no tracking or insurance. Delivery times range from two to six weeks, depending on your location.

Economy Tracked
This option is also slower but includes tracking and insurance. It shares the same size and weight limits as economy untracked. Orders over 250 dollars cannot use this method. A signature upon delivery is not available for this service. Delivery times range from two to six weeks and holiday periods may result in delays of ten to fifteen additional business days.

Courier
Suitable for high value orders up to two thousand dollars, with possible approval for orders up to five thousand dollars. Weight is capped at five kilograms. This is one of our recommended services for valuable items since it includes tracking, insurance and the option for signature on delivery. Delivery usually takes one to three weeks, though delays can occur during peak seasons.

Express
Our premium and fastest service. Weight is capped at twenty kilograms. Tracking and insurance are included, along with the option for signature on delivery. Delivery usually takes one to two weeks. Holiday periods may add extra delays.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains both in stock items and pre order items, they will be shipped separately. At this time we do not have the space to hold combined orders. We aim to improve this in the future.

Import Duties, Taxes and Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees once they reach your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by region. We do not cover or reimburse any customs related fees.

If you are unsure about your country’s import rules, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.


Customs Clearance

International parcels may be inspected by customs or postal authorities. This process can involve opening the parcel and, in rare cases, opening individual product packaging. Items may be repacked differently than when originally shipped. Although we understand this can be disappointing, it is outside our control and we cannot guarantee the condition of packaging after customs inspection.

We cannot offer refunds or reimbursements for customs fees, taxes, repacking, delays or situations where customs disposes of a shipment due to unpaid charges.

When ordering from us, you are responsible for ensuring the items you import comply with your destination country’s laws and regulations.
